To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate - Maintain the security of your password - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to: - Use the Platform for any illegal purpose - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit harmful code or malware - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies - Engage in off-platform transactions to avoid fees

When booking services through the Platform: - All bookings are subject to vendor availability and acceptance - Pricing is set by vendors and may vary - Deposits may be required as specified - Cancellation policies apply as stated by vendors - Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Payment Terms: - Customers pay a 5% service fee per order - Orders under $100 incur an additional $3 small order fee - Australian customers pay 10% GST on the total service fee - Vendors pay a 10% commission on all earnings - Payments are processed securely through Stripe - Funds are held in escrow until service completion

For your protection: - Customer payments are held in escrow until service completion - Funds are released to vendors upon service verification - Disputes may delay payment release - Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation terms vary by vendor and service type - Refunds are processed according to vendor policies and platform rules - Platform fees may be non-refundable - Disputes are handled through our support system

Review Guidelines: - Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience - Reviews may not contain offensive, defamatory, or false content - We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies - Verified purchase reviews are marked accordingly

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oonsa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Oonsa acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for: - The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors - The accuracy of vendor listings or information - Disputes between customers and vendors - Any damages arising from use of the Platform

You agree to indemnify and hold Oonsa harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

We reserve the right to: - Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms - Remove content that violates our policies - Refuse service to anyone at any time

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
